• Meet key Ashok Leyland mechanics and understand the job rates for different work schedules to understand the competitiveness of ASC.
• Ensure usage of genuine Leyparts for all repairs done by SISIRA MOTORS , NEELEESWARAM, COCHIN and sales happening from the counter.
• Meet the vehicle owners on a regular basis as per the beat plan and inform them about the various initiatives at the ASC along with job rates and part price.
• Conduct marketing campaigns i.e product packages , free diagnostic service camps , mobile service initiatives , customer meets etc., Along with Ashok Leyland personnel.
• Carry out mobile service facility in the vicinity in Case there is urgent demand for service of Ashok Leyland vehicles considering the commercial viability of the proposition .
• Meet will be held at the ASC premises with the objective of ensuring that the customers see the ASC premises ,tools & equipments, parts stocking, systems & procedures and hence are given the impression of the scientific process adopted for servicing vehicles.
